Slow Cooker Hungarian Goulash

  1. Place beef in slow cooker.
  2. Cover with carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, onion and garlic.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, and then add it into the slow cooker.
  4. Stir a bit to combine.
  5. Cover and turn heat to high.
  6. Cook for 4 to 5 hours, or until beef and veggies are very tender.
  7. Serve in bowls with a warm loaf of fresh crusty bread.
