Eggplant Parmesan Italiano

  1. Toss eggplant slices with dressing.
  2. Arrange in single layer on cookie sheet.
  3. Broil 8 minutes on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
  4. Place eggplant slices in 9x5-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with tomato slices; cover with cheese and marinara sauce.
  6. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
