Easy Chikuwa and Nori Seaweed Rollups
- 1 Chikuwa
- 1 piece that's the width of the chikuwa x 1 cm shorter than the length Nori seaweed
- 1 Toothpicks or bento picks
- Cut the chikuwa stick lengthwise about halfway through, Make sure to not cut it all the way through.
- Spread it out with the brown side facing up.
- Cut the nori seaweed the same width and 1 cm shorter than the length of the chikuwa.
- Put the nori seaweed on the chikuwa with the edge butting against the edge of the brown part.
- Roll up the chikuwa and nori tightly.
- Secure in several places with toothpicks or bento picks, cut in between them into slices and it's done.
