Easy Chikuwa and Nori Seaweed Rollups

  1. Cut the chikuwa stick lengthwise about halfway through, Make sure to not cut it all the way through.
  2. Spread it out with the brown side facing up.
  3. Cut the nori seaweed the same width and 1 cm shorter than the length of the chikuwa.
  4. Put the nori seaweed on the chikuwa with the edge butting against the edge of the brown part.
  5. Roll up the chikuwa and nori tightly.
  6. Secure in several places with toothpicks or bento picks, cut in between them into slices and it's done.
