Cheesy Bacon-Onion Appetizer Tart
- 1 large Vidalia onion, thinly sliced Safeway 1 lb For $1.49 thru 02/09
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Sundried Tomato and Basil Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- Cook onions and bacon in skillet on medium-high heat 10 to 12 min.
- or until onions are tender, stirring frequently; drain.
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Unroll pie crust on baking sheet.
- Mix cream cheese spread and sour cream until blended; spread onto crust.
- Spoon onion mixture onto center of crust, leaving 2-inch border; sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Fold edge of crust over filling, leaving opening in center and pleating edge of crust as necessary to fit.
- Bake 12 to 15 min.
