Chicken Livers Wrapped In Bacon Recipe

• 1 pound chicken livers
• Prepared mustard
• 1 pound partially cooked bacon
• Salt and pepper to taste

1. Dry chicken livers with paper towels.
2. Dot with mustard.
3. Wrap with 1/2 strip of bacon and skewer with a toothpick.
4. Broil in oven approximately 5 to 6 min, turning once.
