Melt in Your Mouth No-bake Truffles

  1. Put all of A's ingredient in a heatable container
  2. Microwave for 1 minute (700W) to warm and melt the ingredients.
  3. Be careful not to overheat.
  4. Mix until smooth, and then add rum and brandy.
  5. (Try not to mix in too much air)
  6. Line a square box with parchment paper, and pour in Step 3.
  7. Refrigerate for at least half a day.
  8. Sprinkle the top with cacao powder, and take it out of the mold with the parchment paper.
  9. Also sprinkle the other side with cocoa powder.
  10. Cut the chocolate with a knife or string.
  11. If using string, use both hands and cut in a sawing motion.
  12. It might help if you prop it up.
  13. I turned the mold upside down, and used that.
  14. Also coat the cut sides with cocoa too.
