Vegemite Triple Decker Sandwich

  1. SPREAD one slice of wholemeal bread with a little butter.
  2. Top with tomato and ham.
  3. Spread the white bread on one side with a little butter and the Vegemite then place vegemite side down over the ham.
  4. TOP the white bread with the lettuce.
  5. Spread the remaining wholemeal slice with Philly and place spread side down over the lettuce.
  6. Cut the sandwich into 3 fingers and serve cut side up.
  7. Wrap in plastic to retain freshness
