Chili from Doug
- 1 12 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 12 cups water
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 (28 g) packet onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 (540 ml) can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 ) Brown ground beef over medium high heat, drain.
- 2) Stir in remaining ingredients.
- 3) Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes.
- 4) Serve if desired over hot cooked rice.
