Super Easy Stroganoff Stew for 2

• 1 (24 ounce) can beef stew
• 14 cup sour cream
• 18 teaspoon nutmeg

1. Simmer stew in saucepan until hot, about 10 minutes.
2. Stir in sour cream and nutmeg.
3. Variation:.
4. Omit sour cream; add 1/4 cup red Burgundy to stew before simmering.
5. Maybe serve with pickled beets and warm rye bread with butter.
