Super Easy Stroganoff Stew for 2
- 1 (24 ounce) can beef stew
- 14 cup sour cream
- 18 teaspoon nutmeg
- Simmer stew in saucepan until hot, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and nutmeg.
- Variation:.
- Omit sour cream; add 1/4 cup red Burgundy to stew before simmering.
- Maybe serve with pickled beets and warm rye bread with butter.
