Spice-Rubbed Steak with Chimmichurri

  2. Preheat a grill pan or grill to medium high.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 F. In a small bowl, combine all the spices for the steak.

  5. Rub spices evenly on both sides of each steak.
  6. Once grill pan is hot (smoking slightly), place both steaks on for 3 minutes per side (6 minutes total).

  8. Once steaks are seared, place them on a rimmed baking sheet and put it in the oven for 3 minutes (for medium rare steak).
  9. If you want a more medium to medium well, keep in the oven for 5 minutes total.
  10. Remove from oven.
  11. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  13. Meanwhile make the chimmichurri.
  14. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until evenly combined.
  15. 5.
  16. Serve chimmichurri over the steak.
  17. Enjoy!
