Golden Mushroom Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Cut chicken breasts in half.
  3. Place chicken into a medium sized baking dish (just large enough to fit chicken in a single layer).
  4. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to chicken.
  5. Dust seasoned chicken with flour.
  6. In small mixing bowl, combine soup, wine, and 1 cup of chicken broth.
  7. Pour mixture over chicken and add butter.
  8. Add additional chicken broth until chicken is just covered.
  9. Cover dish and bake for 60 minutes.
