Golden Mushroom Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 cup chicken broth, divided
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 salt (to taste)
- 1 black pepper (to taste)
- 1 garlic powder (to taste)
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Cut chicken breasts in half.
- Place chicken into a medium sized baking dish (just large enough to fit chicken in a single layer).
- Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to chicken.
- Dust seasoned chicken with flour.
- In small mixing bowl, combine soup, wine, and 1 cup of chicken broth.
- Pour mixture over chicken and add butter.
- Add additional chicken broth until chicken is just covered.
- Cover dish and bake for 60 minutes.
