PHILLY 3-Step Creme de Menthe Cheesecake

  1. MIX cream cheese and sugar with mixer until smooth.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time and mix until just blended.
  3. Stir in liqueur.
  4. POUR into crumb crust.
  5. BAKE at 350F (180C) for 30 minutes or until centre is almost set.
  6. Cool to room temperature.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  8. Heat whipping cream and chocolate over low heat.
  9. Pour over chilled cheesecake.
  10. Garnish with curls made from minutest chocolate candy bars, if desired.
