PHILLY 3-Step Creme de Menthe Cheesecake
- 2 pkg (250 g) each Regular or Light Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. green creme de menthe liqueur
- 1 prepared (9 inch/23 cm) graham crumb crust
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 3 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- MIX cream cheese and sugar with mixer until smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time and mix until just blended.
- Stir in liqueur.
- POUR into crumb crust.
- BAKE at 350F (180C) for 30 minutes or until centre is almost set.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Heat whipping cream and chocolate over low heat.
- Pour over chilled cheesecake.
- Garnish with curls made from minutest chocolate candy bars, if desired.
