Cake Like Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

• 12 ounce non-dairy dark chocolate chips
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 1/4 cup. whole wheat flour
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 large banana mashed
• 1/4 cup. maple syrup
• 1/2 cup. water

1. (Makes 2 dozen)
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
3. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
4. Form 24 cookies on a lightly oiled cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 8-10 min at 375 degrees.
6. Cold cookies before removing from the cookie sheet.
7. Variation: Add in 1/2 c. minced nuts to the batter before serving.
