Everything Fresh Pasta
- 12 ounces Penne, cooked and drained
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into bite size pieces
- 6 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- In a large bowl toss the penne, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
- Stir in mozzarella, tomatoes and basil.
- Season with salt and pepper
