Prickly Pear

• Ice
• 2 ounces silver tequila
• 1 ounce pear liqueur, such as Mathilde
• 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
• Dash of Angostura Bitters
• 1 prickly pear or pear slice
• 2 lime wheels

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the prickly pear and lime wheels; shake well.
3. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass; garnish with the prickly pear and lime wheels.
