Macaroni & Cheese With Stewed Tomatoes Recipe
- 1 pound macaroni (any type)
- 1 pkg. sharp cheese
- 1 pkg. American cheese
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Cook noodles according to package; drain.
- Place in casserole.
- Shred both pkgs.
- of cheese.
- Put in casserole.
- Pour stewed tomatoes with juice over top; mix well.
- Then add in lowfat milk, butter (melted), salt and pepper; mix well.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour, covered.
