Sparkling JELL-O Sangria Ring

  1. DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling white wine in medium bowl.
  2. Let cool.
  3. STIR in club soda.
  4. Chill until jelly is slightly thickened.
  5. FOLD in fruit.
  6. POUR into 6 cup (1.5 L) mold or 9 x 5 inch (23 x 12 cm) loaf pan.
  7. Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
  8. UNmold.
  9. Garnish with additional fruit.
