Sparkling JELL-O Sangria Ring
- 2 pkg (85 g) Jell-O Sparkling White Grape Jelly Powder
- 1 1/2 cups boiling white wine
- 2 cups chilled club soda
- 3 cups fruit: mandarin sections, canned pineapple tidbits, green and red seedless grapes
- Additional fruit for garnish Whole Foods 5 ea For $5.00 thru 02/09
- DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling white wine in medium bowl.
- Let cool.
- STIR in club soda.
- Chill until jelly is slightly thickened.
- FOLD in fruit.
- POUR into 6 cup (1.5 L) mold or 9 x 5 inch (23 x 12 cm) loaf pan.
- Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
- UNmold.
- Garnish with additional fruit.
