Hazel's Rhubarb Pie Recipe

• 2 Large eggs, beaten
• 1 3/4 c. sugar
• 3 tbsp. flour
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 tbsp. oil
• 3 c. rhubarb
• Pastry crust for 9 inch pie

1. Combine first 6 ingredients.
2. Place in pie shell.
3. Cover with second crust.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min; lower to 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
