Starbucks Power/Energy Bar

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Stir frequently while mixture melts over a medium heat setting.
  3. When everything appears well blended and creamy, turn off heat.
  4. Add vanilla and stir well.
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
  6. Stir, with a large wooden spoon, until all the add-ins are coated with the peanut butter mixture.
  7. Transfer mixture onto a large jelly roll pan.
  8. (I sometimes spray pan with Pam or line with parchment paper.)
  9. Spread evenly and cool before cutting.
