Mexican Cocktail Sauce From Oaxaca Recipe

• 3/4 c. chili sauce or possibly ketchup
• 1 med. jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
• 2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley or possibly cilantro
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1 tbsp. Mescal or possibly Tequila (optional)

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Refrigerateand serve.
