Chicken Patties Milanese

  1. Patties: Combine ingredients in a bowl; form into four 12-in.-thick patties.
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add patties and cook 6 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.
  4. Put remaining ingredients into a bowl; toss to mix.
  5. Serve on patties.
  6. Serve with garlic bread and green beans.
