Sesame Sauce for Somen Noodles

• 1 Cucumber
• 2 tbsp Miso
• 2 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 150 ml Water or dashi stock

1. Slice the cucumber into thin round slices with a slicer.
2. Mix all the ingredients together and that's it!
