Peppered Citrus-Pork Chops
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1 env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 4 bone-in pork chops (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick, trimmed
- juice of 1 small lime Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- Beat egg and milk in shallow dish or pie plate; set aside.
- Mix dressing mix, flour and pepper in separate shallow dish or pie plate.
- Dip both sides of chops in egg mixture, then in dressing mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each chop.
- Heat large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add chops; cover.
- Cook 6 min.
- ; uncover.
- Cook 5 min.
- on each side or until chops are done (160 degrees F).
- Drizzle with lime juice.
