Peppered Citrus-Pork Chops

  1. Beat egg and milk in shallow dish or pie plate; set aside.
  2. Mix dressing mix, flour and pepper in separate shallow dish or pie plate.
  3. Dip both sides of chops in egg mixture, then in dressing mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each chop.
  4. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add chops; cover.
  6. Cook 6 min.
  7. ; uncover.
  8. Cook 5 min.
  9. on each side or until chops are done (160 degrees F).
  10. Drizzle with lime juice.
