Asparagus Casserole
- 2 cup Asparagus, 2" lengths
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 4 oz Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can French Fried Onions, 3 oz
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease a casserole dish.
- Arrange a layer of asparagus in the base of the casserole dish.
- Pour soup over the top.
- Add mushrooms and 1/2 of the cheese.
- Add a second layer of asparagus, and end with a layer of cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Sprinkle crispy onions on top and return to oven for 5 minutes more.
