Asparagus Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease a casserole dish.
  3. Arrange a layer of asparagus in the base of the casserole dish.
  4. Pour soup over the top.
  5. Add mushrooms and 1/2 of the cheese.
  6. Add a second layer of asparagus, and end with a layer of cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  8. Sprinkle crispy onions on top and return to oven for 5 minutes more.
