Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole
- 3 whole boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice (long grain, discard seasoning)
- 1/2 c. white rice (long grain)
- sliced almonds
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 stick margarine
- Mix the 3 soups, milk and stick of butter.
- Heat until butter melts. Pour 1/2 mixture into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
- Sprinkle rice into soup mixture and stir, spreading evenly into pan.
- Lay chicken strips onto rice and soup mixture.
- Pour remaining mixture over chicken. Sprinkle heavily with Parmesan and almonds. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
