Sushi Cups Great for Doll Festival
- 540 ml White rice
- 5 tbsp Vinegar
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 Your favorite toppings yellowtail, salmon roe, egg, shiso leaves, shirasu, edamame, nori
- Cook the rice with a little less water than usual.
- Put the ingredients into a heatproof bowl and warm in the microwave until the sugar dissolves.
- Add Step 2 to the hot rice a little at a time, mixing well with the rice paddle.
- Let cool.
- Once cooled, the sushi rice is ready.
- In a cup, put the sushi rice, toppings, more sushi rice, and more toppings.
- Garnish as desired on top.
