Whoopee Pies Cookies Recipe

• 1/2 c. butter
• 2 c. flour
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. lowfat milk with 1 tbsp. vinegar
• 4 tbsp. cocoa
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer.
2. Drop by tsp.
3. onto cookie sheet (greased and floured) to make rounds.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
5. Beat filling hard and place between two cookies.
