Ginger Sesame Chicken Wings

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken and Tempura.
  2. Coat chicken in Tempura and deep fry until meat is cooked and golden in color.
  3. This will depend based on size of wings or if you choose to use breast pieces.
  4. Drain excess oil by placing on paper towel.
  5. Coat well in sauce and set on grated surface, i.e.
  6. cookie cooling rack, to allow excess to drain preventing Tempura from becoming soggy.
