Nanas Sour Cream Cookies

  1. In an electric mixer bowl combine Crisco, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  2. Beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Stir in 1 cup sour cream.
  4. In another bowl, combine dry ingredients and gradually add to the sour cream mixture.
  5. Chill at least 1 hour (3 - 4 hours is better).
  6. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto a GREASED cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 425F for 8 to 10 minutes--edges should just barley be turning light brown.
