Bread Pudding With Brandy Topping Recipe
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 3 c. broken bread
- 3 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 tbsp. almond flavoring
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Place broken bread in Pyrex dish with sugar, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, vanilla and almond flavoring.
- Add in mashed banana and well beaten Large eggs and lowfat milk.
- Mix well in dish till all is blended together.
- Place in oven.
- Bake about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs in 350 degree oven.
- Bake till golden.
