Healthy Lasagna Recipe
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/4 lbs. grnd round
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounce. lasagna noodles (6)
- 1 (15 ounce.) tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- In skillet heat butter, brown onion and meat.
- Drain if excess fat.
- Add in salt and mix.
- Meanwhile, cook noodles to directions; drain.
- Add in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and cottage cheese to 3 noodles in a sprayed or possibly lightly greased (butter) 13x9 baking dish.
- Put 1/2 meat mix, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat noodles and put remaining meat and Mozzarella cheese.
- Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
- Let stand 10 min to cold.
