Healthy Lasagna Recipe

  1. In skillet heat butter, brown onion and meat.
  2. Drain if excess fat.
  3. Add in salt and mix.
  4. Meanwhile, cook noodles to directions; drain.
  5. Add in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and cottage cheese to 3 noodles in a sprayed or possibly lightly greased (butter) 13x9 baking dish.
  6. Put 1/2 meat mix, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat noodles and put remaining meat and Mozzarella cheese.
  8. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
  10. Let stand 10 min to cold.
