Spicy Pot Sticker Stew
- 6 cups water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 14 cup uncooked rice
- 14 cup quick-cooking barley
- 14 cup red bell pepper, julienned
- 14 cup yellow bell pepper
- 14 cup green bell pepper
- 1 cup frozen petit green beans
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 12 teaspoon red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen pot stickers, any variety
- 1 cup spinach

- Boil all ingredients except potstickers together on medium heat in a medium sized sauce pan until rice is tender.

- Add potstickers and the spinach and return to boil for three minutes.
- Don't let potstickers overcook - the stew is ready when potstickers are soft.
