Maryland Crab Dip

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, milk, mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic salt and Old Bay.
  2. Mix until creamy and smooth.
  3. Stir in 3 tablespoons of grated cheese.
  4. With rubber spatula, gently fold in crab meat, being careful to not break it up too much.
  5. Pour mixture into a 9x13 pan, sprayed with cooking spray, this helps keep dip from sticking.
  6. Top with remaining grated cheese (can use extra if looks too skimpy on top), sprinkle with paprika and a little Old Bay seasoning (not too much is very powerful).
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until dip is bubbly and slightly browned.
  8. Serve with bread or crackers.
  9. Can be mixed a day ahead and baked right before eating.
