Maryland Crab Dip
- 2 packages (8 Oz. Each) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 1 pinch Garlic Salt
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 pounds Crab Meat, Well Drained
- 1- 1/2 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pinch Paprika
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, milk, mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic salt and Old Bay.
- Mix until creamy and smooth.
- Stir in 3 tablespoons of grated cheese.
- With rubber spatula, gently fold in crab meat, being careful to not break it up too much.
- Pour mixture into a 9x13 pan, sprayed with cooking spray, this helps keep dip from sticking.
- Top with remaining grated cheese (can use extra if looks too skimpy on top), sprinkle with paprika and a little Old Bay seasoning (not too much is very powerful).
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until dip is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Serve with bread or crackers.
- Can be mixed a day ahead and baked right before eating.
