Skewered Marinated Flank Steak

  1. Whisk first 8 ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Place steak in baking dish.
  3. Pour marinade over.
  4. Cover and marinate 2 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
  5. Preheat broiler.
  6. Thread steak strips on skewers; discard remaining marinade.
  7. Place skewers on broiler pan and cook to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
