Blueberry Scones Low Fat Recipe

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Cut in the cottage cheese till mix resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add in lowfat milk to dry ingredients with blueberries.
  4. Stir till just combined.
  5. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spray.
  6. Pat into a circle 1 inch thick.
  7. Cut into 8 wedges.
  8. Bake at 450 for 8 min.
  9. Turn off oven and bake for 7 min more.
