Molded Cherry Salad Recipe
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. raspberry Jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- Mix together the raspberry Jello, water and cherry pie filling.
- Pour into an oiled mold and chill.
- Whip the cream and sweeten to taste.
- Set aside while mixing the lemon Jello, water, Philadelphia cream cheese, pineapple and marshmallows.
- Cold.
- Mix in the whipped cream.
- Pour this mix over the cherry mix.
- Chill till set unmold and serve.
