Thick and Chewy Granola Bars
- 1-23 cup Rolled Oats
- 13 cups Almond Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 cups To 3 Cups Dried Fruit, Chopped Nuts And/Or Coconut Flakes (I Used Nuts, Coconut, Raisins, And Chocolate Chips)
- 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (or Other Nut Butter)
- 6 Tablespoons Coconut Oil Or Butter, Melted
- 5 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper and lightly coat with coconut oil or butter.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl, including dried fruit and nuts.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and water until well combined.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, and combine until coated well.
- Press mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake for 3236 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
- Remove and cool completely before cutting into bars.
- I recommend placing these in the refrigerator or freezer before cutting to cut down on cooling time and to avoid crumbling.
