Uncle Dan's Lemon (Burgundy) Herb Sauce Recipe
- 1/3 c. lemon juice (or possibly burgundy wine)
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Combine and shake; add in more water or possibly wine to cover meat a little more.
- Pour on meat and cover.
- Turn 3 to 4 times.
- Lemon good for chicken, wine good for beef.
