Uncle Dan's Lemon (Burgundy) Herb Sauce Recipe

  1. Combine and shake; add in more water or possibly wine to cover meat a little more.
  2. Pour on meat and cover.
  3. Turn 3 to 4 times.
  4. Lemon good for chicken, wine good for beef.
