3 Layer Salad Recipe
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 8 x oonces cream cheese
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 2 box lemon or possibly lime jello
- 1 can (#2) crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. nuts
- First Layer:Cook until thickens.
- Pour into 9x13- in.
- pan and chill.
- Second layer:Refrigeratetill set.
