Grandma's Sweet Potato Pudding Recipe
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 3 tbsp. flour (self rising)
- 1/2 of a small can of lowfat milk
- 2 lbs. sweet potatoes boiled with peel on (about 4 large)
- Cinnamon to taste
- Peel potatoes and mash up, add in sugar, beat egg separately and add in to mix, pour in half a can of lowfat milk, add in the flour and cinnamon.
- Then add in butter, mix together well.
- Set oven to 350 degrees and pour into baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour.
