Holiday Jello Salad Recipe

  1. First layer: Strawberry.
  2. Dissolve strawberry Jello with 2 c. of boiling water then add in strawberries.
  3. Mix with hand mixer for 10 seconds.
  4. Pour into mold and chill.
  5. Let set hard before starting the next layer (3 to 4 hrs.)
  6. Second Layer: Lemon.
  7. Dissolve lemon Jello with 2 c. of boiling water.
  8. Add in lowfat sour cream and cream cheese, mixing till lumps disappear.
  9. Pour onto first layer, and let set till hard (approximately 3 to 4 hrs).
  10. Third Layer: Lime.
  11. Dissolve lime Jello with 2 c. boiling water.
  12. Add in liquid removed pineapple and pineapple juice.
  13. Use mixer to mix thoroughly, and pour on second layer and chill till hard.
  14. PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE WITH THIS RECIPE; BEGIN PREPARING THE DAY BEFORE!

  16. Substitutions: Raspberry Jello with frzn raspberries; orange Jello with mandarin oranges.
