Texas Chili

  1. Heat oil in a large dutch oven or pot over medium heat.
  2. Add your meat.
  3. Brown meat and drain grease.
  4. Add the onions, garlic and cook until onions are translucent.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
  6. Bring to a boil then reduce heat so that the chili simmers.
  7. Simmer uncovered for 1 hour stirring occasionally.
