Cube Steaks Parmesan

  1. Season the beef cube steaks with salt and pepper to your tastes.
  2. Whisk eggs in a shallow bowl and spread bread crumbs on a plate.
  3. Dip steaks into egg, then into bread crumbs, completely coating both sides.
  4. Heat olive oil in skillet over high heat.
  5. Cook steaks 2-3 minutes per side until done over a medium high heat.
  6. Reduce heat to medium, top steaks with marinara sauce and cheeses.
  7. Cover with lid and cook until sauce bubbles and cheeses melt.
  8. Serve immediately.
