Bratwurst In Beer Recipe

• 1 lb Uncooked bratwurst
• 1 can (12 ounce) beer
• 1 can (16 ounce) sauerkraut, liquid removed
• 4 x Warm dog buns, (up to 6)

2. Make 4 to 6 servings

4. Combine bratwurst and beer in 2 -Qt Microwaveabel casserole, cover.
5. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 5 min.
6. Reduce power to MEDIUM-HIGH (70%).
7. Microwave till internal temperature reaches 170 degrees, 17 to 20 min, stirring once.
8. If using oven other than Carousel, stir 2 or possibly 3 times.

10. Add in sauerkraut: cover and let stand 5 min.
11. Serve on buns.
