Bratwurst In Beer Recipe
- 1 lb Uncooked bratwurst
- 1 can (12 ounce) beer
- 1 can (16 ounce) sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 4 x Warm dog buns, (up to 6)

- Make 4 to 6 servings

- Combine bratwurst and beer in 2 -Qt Microwaveabel casserole, cover.
- Microwave at HIGH (100%) 5 min.
- Reduce power to MEDIUM-HIGH (70%).
- Microwave till internal temperature reaches 170 degrees, 17 to 20 min, stirring once.
- If using oven other than Carousel, stir 2 or possibly 3 times.

- Add in sauerkraut: cover and let stand 5 min.
- Serve on buns.
