Gigi's Asian Chicken Salad
- 2 cups creamy Coleslaw
- 2 (6 ounce) canschunk canned chicken, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 14 teaspoon ginger
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 1 cup crunchy chow mein noodles
- Combine coleslaw, chicken, pineapple, ginger together.
- Arrange lettuce leaves on individual plates.
- Spoon mixture over lettuce.
- Sprinkle each with chow mein noodles.
