Caribbean style chicken

• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp ground thyme
• 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
• 1 chicken thighs or legs

1. Mix all the ingredients together except the chicken in a small container
2. Once mixed add the chicken and marinate for 1 hour, preferably over night to get all the flavours.
3. Place the chicken with the marinade in a pot and boil for 45-50 mi ute or until cooked.
4. Serve with rice and salad :)
