Quick and Easy Butterscotch Fudge

  1. LINE a small loaf pan with waxed paper.
  2. BLEND milk gradually into pudding mix in a medium microwaveable bowl.
  3. Add butter.
  4. COOK uncovered on HIGH power for 1 minute.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Cook on HIGH power for 1 minute.
  7. Mixture should just start to foam or boil around the edges.
  8. Do not overcook.
  9. Stir well.
  10. QUICKLY blend in icing sugar and nuts.
  11. POUR into pan and chill 45 minutes to one hour.
  12. Cut into pieces.
  13. Store in refrigerator.
