Mini Caesar Salads on Water Crackers
- 6 rasher short rindless bacon, thinly sliced
- 125g packet CAPTAIN'S TABLE* Water Crackers
- 20 baby cos lettuce leaves, torn
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
- 10 anchovies, sliced into quarters (optional)
- 1/3 cup KRAFT* Caesar Dressing
- 50g shaved Parmesan
- Grill or pan-fry bacon until crisp; drain on a paper towel.
- Top crackers withsome cos, bacon, egg and anchovy (optional).
- Drizzle with dressing and top with some Parmesan.
- Serve.
