Beef Kebabs Recipe

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Soak 4 bamboo skewers in water.
  3. Pour Italian dressing into a large bowl.
  4. Add in cubed steak and next four ingredients; toss and let sit 5 min.
  5. Place 3 each of the steak and veggies on skewers; broil 10 min.
  6. In a small bowl mix yogurt, parsley and horseradish.
  7. Serve with yogurt sauce and pita bread.
  8. NOTES : Smart Tip: Add in more flavor to your kebabs by using rosemary as the skeweres.
  9. Take a large sprig; remove 2/3 of the rosemary needles; thread ingredients.
