Beef Kebabs Recipe
- 1/2 c. fat free italian dressing
- 1 lb sirloin steak cut into 12 cubes
- 6 x button mushrooms cleaned and halved
- 1 x yellow bell pepper, seeded cut into 12 pcs
- 12 x pearl cocktail onions
- 12 x tear drop or possibly cherry tomatoes
- 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. each minced parsley and horseradish
- 4 piece pita bread
- Heat broiler.
- Soak 4 bamboo skewers in water.
- Pour Italian dressing into a large bowl.
- Add in cubed steak and next four ingredients; toss and let sit 5 min.
- Place 3 each of the steak and veggies on skewers; broil 10 min.
- In a small bowl mix yogurt, parsley and horseradish.
- Serve with yogurt sauce and pita bread.
- NOTES : Smart Tip: Add in more flavor to your kebabs by using rosemary as the skeweres.
- Take a large sprig; remove 2/3 of the rosemary needles; thread ingredients.
