Blackened Sole
- 4 pieces Sole Fish
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon All-Purpose Seasoning (optional)
- 1.
- Preheat broiler on high.
- 2.
- Wash fish, pat dry and rub olive oil evenly all over one side of each piece of fish.
- 3.
- Combine the seasonings in a bowl and sprinkle over one side of each piece of fish.
- 4.
- Coat a baking dish/sheet with cooking spray, place the fish into it in a single layer and broil for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
- 5.
- Enjoy!
